The Saffron Brewery is based on a farm in the picture postcard village of Henham on the Hertfordshire-Essex border Saffron Brewery has been producing quality real ales since 2006.

Ramblers Tipple is a light golden copper coloured ale with plenty of toffee and caramel flavours. Brewed with Crystal, Amber, and Maris Otter malts, along with Sovereign and First Gold hops.
Saffron IPA is a light golden copper coloured ale brewed with Maris Otter barley, roasted Crystal malts and Torrefied wheat. Sovereign and Boadicea hops combine to produce smooth toffee and malt flavours with a hint of orangey spice.
Harvest gold coloured ale with a pleasant lemon citrus nose with hoppy characteristics and a clean finish. Brewed with Maris Otter barley, Crystal and Amber malts, together with Challenger hops for bittering and Pioneer hops for aroma.
Brewed with the finest floor malted East Anglian Maris Otter malt with a touch of crystal and wheat malt for a smooth, straw coloured ale. Also brewed with English Fuggles and Goldings hop to make an easy drinking bitter.
Traditional style copper/amber ale with mellow, full hoppy flavour with hints of citrus and biscuit. Brewed with Maris Otter barley, Crystal malt, Amber malt, torrefied wheat, together with Challenger, Fuggles, and Goldings hops.
Deep reddish brown ale brewed to create a rich velvety smooth beer with hints of roasted nuts and fruity floral aromas. Brewed with Maris Otter barley, Dark Crystal and Amber malts, along with torrefied wheat and Pioneer hops.
Traditional English dark copper ale brewed to form a smooth nutty beer with a spicy finish. Brewed with Maris Otter barley, Crystal and Amber malts, torrefied wheat, together with Challenger and First Gold hops.
Light ruby Porter brewed with Chocolate and Dark Crystal malts to give rich aromas of molasses and coffee. The addition of Ruby Port and pure red grape juice along with Fuggles and First Gold hops creates a soft fruity and spice finish.
