RCH BREWERY


The RCH Brewery is located in the small hamlet of West Hewish (nr Weston Super Mare), Somerset and started brewing in 1982.  RCH Brewery currently brew a range of award-winning regular beers (as shown below) plus they often brew specials.  The regular range include - Hewish IPA, PG Steam Bitter, Pitchfork, East Street Cream, Firebox and Old Slug.

Hewish IPA

IPA beer is light golden to reddish amber in colour, well-hopped and usually quite strong

PG. Steam Bitter

Bitter/Pale Ale is copper to medium-amber in colour and has a distinct bitter flavour

Beer Style/Type: Bitter/Pale Ale

ABV: 3.9%

Notes:  A traditional English bitter


Pitchfork

Bitter/Pale Ale is copper to medium-amber in colour and has a distinct bitter flavour

Beer Style/Type: Bitter/Pale Ale

ABV: 4.3%

Notes: Voted Best Bitter of the Year in 1998


East Street Cream

Bitter/Pale Ale is copper to medium-amber in colour and has a distinct bitter flavour

Beer Style/Type: Bitter/Pale Ale

ABV: 5.0%

Firebox

Bitter/Pale Ale is copper to medium-amber in colour and has a distinct bitter flavour

Notes: Strong Bitter


Old Slug Porter

Porter is a dark style of beer, a well hopped beer made from brown malt

Beer Style/Type: Porter

ABV: 4.5%

Notes: Traditional award-winning Porter


Double Header

Bitter/Pale Ale is copper to medium-amber in colour and has a distinct bitter flavour

Beer Style/Type: Bitter/Pale Ale

ABV: 5.5%

Notes: Balanced hoppy flavour
