Malty and fruity aroma with a satisfying flavour and bitter finish. A mild brown bitter with a good balance of malt and hop character give a pleasing session drink. The finest pale ale malt (made from Maris Otter barley) is blended with torrified wheat, invert sugar and a small amount of roast barley, to ensure consistent colour.
Hops used are English Fuggles and challenger, a blend that gives a full hop character to the beer.
Pale in colour with prominent hoppy palate and full flavoured finish, Golden Newt is a pale session bitter of 4.1% ABV. The beer has a prominent hop character; a blend of Fuggles, Goldings and Cascade has been used in the recipe to bring the delicate hop flavour and aroma to the fore. The use of Cascade gives a pleasing citrus aroma.
Finest pale Maris Otter malt has been blended with wheat malt and rye crystal to provide a full flavoured beer. The lavish use of late hop dominates the malt flavour and results in a satisfying pint.
An award-winning cask conditioned traditional dark mild. Well balanced malt and hops gives a pleasant aroma and taste, with splendid roasted bitter flavours. Black Dog is a traditional dark mild at 3.6%ABV. It has many CAMRA awards to its name and is a well-known brand in the free-trade. The beer is well balanced with a full roast flavour.
The use of crystal malt and roast barley give a deep underlying characteristic flavour, which is balanced with Fuggles hops as the sole variety.
Brewed with well-roasted malts & generous amounts of English hops, for a satisfying finish. The use of wheat malt as well as finest pale Maris Otter malt results in a rich full malty flavour. A blend of Fuggles & Goldings hops gives good depth to the bitter finish of the beer.
Warrior is a truly traditional style English Bitter Ale. A blend of finest Pale Ale, Amber and Crystal malt is used for the fruity malty flavour and generous portions of English Hop varieties (Challenger, Goldings and Fuggles) give a well developed hop character.
The beer is a very pale ale, brewed using Pale ale malt only. The hops used are English Fuggles, Progress and Goldings, and an American hop Willamette.
The beer has a floral aroma, refreshing to the taste with good bitterness and a slightly sweet mouthfeel.
