Dorking Brewery is located within the historic town of Dorking, Surrey.  They use the most modern brewing techniques and produce award-winning beers using Dorking's very own spring water.  Dorking Brewery produce a wide range of beers including - DB Number One, DB Winter Ruby, DB Dry Hop Gold, DB Black Mild, Northdowns Bel and Red India Pale Ale.

DB Number One, 4.2% abv

DB NUMBER ONE. This fine bitter ale enjoys a full flavour that leaves you with a refreshing aftertaste.  DB NUMBER ONE is brewed with the highest quality grains, using water that has filtered down through the surrounding hills. It is then flavoured with the finest hops until we are satisfied that our best bitter has a taste that is unique and full of character.

DB Winter Ruby, 5.2% abv

DB WINTER RUBY is a strong, dark seasonal ale with a smooth, rich, toffee and caramel flavour laced with a hint of banana on the nose.

DB Dry Hop Gold, 3.8% abv

Dry Hop Gold - a new gold bitter that is absolutely full of flavour.  It is a perfect session beer, easy to drink, refreshing, tasty with a great flavour - and bouquet.

DB Black Mild, 3.2% abv

DB BLACK MILD is Made with 6 speciality grains, It's aroma and taste is of sweet roasted malt, coffee and lightly burnt caramel. With a creamy mouthfeel and low carbonation it's lightly hopped for a smoothly dry, bitter toffee finish.

Northdowns Bel, 5.5% abv

Northdowns Bel is a smooth strong Belgian style ale.  Made with 5 different grains and Belgian Candi sugar, it's flavoured with late additions of Styrian Goldings hops. 

Complex combinations of flavours - malt, caramel, raisins, dates, woodiness, biscuit. The sweet flavours hit you straight away, but this immediately dissipates into a light bitterness, with a smooth mouthfeel.air.

Red India Ale, 5% abv

RED INDIA ALE is a delicious, strong 5% hoppy beer similar to an IPA. The colour of dark cherries, this beer has a fruity sweetness like berry and dried fruits, with a smooth full bodied taste.

This ale has a beautifully balanced combination of hop and malt. The Perle hops add a rounded buttery taste, while the Centennial hops add the fruity notes, and the grains add a toasted malty depth.
