Batemans Rosey Nosey

2 - Rosey Nosey, 4.7% abv (Batemans)

Get Nosey with Rosey and savour the herbs, the cherries and fruit - Dark amber and full of rich, fruity sultana and raisin flavours fused with crunchy pale, crystal and chocolate malts.  The English Golding and Challenger hops produce a succulently spicy aroma.



Jolly's Revenge - By the Horns

3 - Jolly's Revenge, 5.5% abv (By the Horns Brewing Company)

By The Horns has fully embraced Christmas, producing a festive stout, Jolly’s Revenge, which is gently spiced with ginger, cinnamon, chilli and cloves, with a roasted coffee body (we’ve tried it and it’s gorgeous). It’s available in bottles only — keep your peepers peeled for it in reputable beer shops and pubs (especially those around Wandsworth, South London).

 



Anspach & Hobday The Pfeffernüsse Saison

4 - The Pfeffernüsse Saison, 7.5% abv (Anspach & Hobday)

Light and Crisp & Even stronger... A Christmas saison this year comes courtesy of Bermondsey’s Anspach & Hobday. It’s called The Pfeffernüsse Saison, and is inspired by the Danish/German biscuit Pfeffernüsse. Made with pepper, cinnamon, ginger, clove and cardamom, it’s a crisp, light-bodied drink — and at 7.5%, it packs a punch too.
