Isle of Arran Brewery Attains SALSA plus Beer Accreditation

The whole team here at the Isle of Arran Brewery is delighted to announce that we have attained the prestigious SALSA plus Beer certification.

SALSA (Safe and Local Supplier Approval) is a food safety quality accreditation scheme aimed at small food and drink producers, with the “plus Beer” being one of two specialist areas within SALSA, along with “plus Cheese”. You can read more about the SALSA standards here

The attainment of SALSA certification is a fantastic recognition of the all the hard work that the whole team has put in over the last year in our push to provide the highest possible quality of beer, however this is not the end of quest for the best quality beer possible. We will always strive to produce the best beers we can.

SALSA plus Beer is also recognised by Cask Marque, the Food and Drink Federation and UK Hospitality.
